SacPro Home Inspections supports pricing transparency. See why this matters at the bottom of this page.
We look at more. We find more. Being thorough and detailed is why real estate agents choose us for their own homes and investment properties.
Our home inspections typically include a roof inspection, use of a circuit analyzer electrical system scan of the home’s GFCI equipped outlets, and high resolution thermal imaging(1). We also usually inspect the wiring inside of electrical service panels.(4)

All pricing is based upon a 20 mile radius inspection service area from 95864. Inspections outside of that service area are subject to being charged a modest fuel fee.
Footnotes:
(1) Upgraded thermal imaging services are available upon request. Sub-areas / crawlspaces and attics are not available for thermal imaging services. Typical use of thermal imaging equipment is for HVAC system performance measurements and at the base of toilets for identifying potential leaks.
(2) Fee for Repair Pricer report starts at $80.00 and may be ordered before or after the home inspection.
(3) Pricing for units under 1000 sq. ft.
(4) We typically inspect the inside of electrical service panels by removing the dead front cover unless the inspector determines it is unsafe to do so, a substantial defect is present which prevents or limits access, or removal the dead front cover is anticipated to cause interruptions of power such as with Federal Pacific brand panels.
Pricing transparency is missing from the home inspection industry. Some inspection companies illegally increase pricing for customers based upon how they sound (including race and country of origin), their perceived gender, or even their age. By not publishing their pricing, these companies can continue this abusive practice because customers cannot see how they are treated compared to other customers. Pricing transparency is one way to guarantee equal treatment for all customers and combat unfair business practices.
