Here is how it works in 3 easy steps:
Step 1:
You receive a “Your Inspection Report” email when the inspection report is finished. Follow the click “here” link.
Step 2:
Your browser opens a link to “Download” and “View” the report
Click “Download”
Click “View”
Step 3:
In the upper right corner of your browser a “Report Tools” drop down menu appears to access the Repair Request Builder.
In our Repair Request Builder you can
1) Click the check box for the report items you want.
2) The “$ Credit” and “Comment” buttons appear on the item(s) you clicked.
3) Add the costs and comments you want. The report adds up the costs.
4) Click the “Create” button in the upper right corner of the page.
5) In the next window add the email and/or mobile phone number of the person you want to send the report to. That’s it!
